GUIDELINES

1. MUST WORKOUT EVERYDAY FROM DECEMBER 1ST-31ST

2. MUST WORKOUT FOR 30 MINS EVERYDAY

3. MUST DO AN APPROVED WORKOUT (IT’S SIMPLE. GET AFTER IT)

4. MUST POST YOUR WORKOUT ON SOCIAL MEDIA EVERYDAY WITH #GETAFTERITCHALLENGE (YOUR STORY COUNTS)

APPROVED WORKOUTS

1. ALL WEIGHT TRAINING

2. WALKING/JOGING/RUNNING

3. ALL BODY WEIGHT EXERCISES

4. ALL YOGA & WORKOUT CLASSES

 

MY GOAL THIS YEAR IS TO DONATE OVER $100,000 TO MY FRIENDS NONPROFIT CALLED FAITH 10 FOUNDATION WHERE HE HELPS OTHERS LIKE HIMSELF WHO HAVE SUFFERED FROM SPINAL CORD INJURIES.
